Enjoy a delightful walk through the vineyards and small villages of the Chianti Wine region of Tuscany. We'll spend the day touring some of its small villages, and, of course, visiting a winery (entrance not included in the package). After enjoying a tour of the quaint village of San Donato we'll make our way into the heart of the Chianti region.We'll drive to the church of San Leolino and Panzano, passing through the most prestigious vineyards in the Chianti. We'll truly savour "La Dolce Vita" as we take lunch at a local Trattoria (home-cooking) to enjoy the regional cuisine and to enjoy a wine-tasting of local wines (not included in the package).In the afternoon, we'll visit the beautiful town of Greve and Montefioralle. Enjoy a hike on dirt roads amid vineyards to the beautiful Romanesque church of San Cresci. Return to hotel. |
