Meeting with the driver and guide in hotel.
The tour will start with Palazzo Medici Riccardi, residence of the first members of the Medici family. We'll see the very small yet fabulous Magi chapel frescoed by Benozzo Gozzoli in the 15th century. We will also see the glamorous Baroque room decorated by Luca Giordano. After a brief visit to the courtyard of the palace we will proceed to the Renaissance church of San Lorenzo, then on to the Biblioteca Laurenziana. We shall end up at the Medici Chapels, the mausoleum of the Medici Grand Dukes where it is possible to admire the New Sacresty with the Medici Tombs by Michelangelo.
