A panoramic and relaxing visit of Road of Lakes passing through one of hilly areas of volcanic origin, characterizing the outskirts of Rome; Castelgandolfo, famous for its lake, and for the Summer Residence of the Pope; passing through Marino, stop in Grottaferrata for outside visit of the Abbazia San Nilo founded in 1004 by this Saint from the Greek part of Souther Italy, who was fleeing the Arab Invasion; proceeding to Frascati, famous for its Wine and its Renaissance and Baroque Villas built by papal families, as Summer estates. The most famous Villas are: Villa Torlonia, Villa Falconieri, Villa Aldobrandini, Villa Mondragone. Ending our Visit in a local and rustic CounrtyHouse / Winery for a Wine Tasting with typical appetizers. Return to hotel.
