This tour is a perfect combination of culinary delights, art and culture. Leaving Florence, you’ll drive along the famous Chianti Classico Wine Route and before reaching Greve, we’ll visit Casa Emma (entrance not included in the package) for our first wine tasting experience. A few miles ahead further and you will have reached the small town of Greve, capital of the region and home of Da Verrazzano, founder of the Hudson Bay. You will also stop at Montefioralle, a small village above Greve, which still preserves its medieval architectural flavour. After a nice meal (not included in the package) at a local farm, you can tailor the afternoon to your personal tastes [depending on the season]: there are more wineries that will be happy to show you their cellars or grappa distillery (entrance not included in the package); if you have had enough vino for one day you can visit the beautiful Abbey of Passignano, or check out an olive oil factory.
